Stages of fabriquation of a mattress:

Pricking
1st stage

From 80 to 100 needles are laid out on this machine, in order to retain in place the foam of pricking, and to give to the mattress a glance different from one with the other.

Foam used is selected, depending firmness and quality on the desired mattress.

Cutting
2nd stage

A very significant stage. Because a too tight cut mattress, will change the original firmness of the mattress, it will be more rigid. And if it is cut too large, the mattress will be abimera more quickly

The seam
3rd stage

A band of material of great quality is bent after the contour of the panel, of a width of 5"
.
This band will enable us to fix this one after the spring and to retain all stuffing at the same time, in order to prevent that it moves.

The assembly of the mattress
4th stage

After having placed each layer of stuffing as well as a good insulating felt, which will wrap the contour of the spring, the band of fixing will be stitched by the technician.

Completion of the mattress
5th stage

After the band was measured, and that a stuffing was put at the 4 corners, it is now time to close the mattress. Certain models require to be closed with 2 recoveries. Like the models with cushion of surface (Pillow-Top).

The assembly of the diagrid
6th stage

Provided with a non-skid fabric, the surface of the diagrid will largely prevent the displacement of the mattress on this one. Three types of diagrids are used. The diagrid with spring, the foam diagrid and the rigid diagrid. We will be able to determine which is appropriate to you best at the time of the selection, comfort and the budget.
